The theme for this month: Join us for a special Open Mic Night at Zoku Amsterdam, themed “Great Loves” where true stories explore the love that cracked you open and changed your view forever. Step onto the stage or cheer from the crowd for an evening of heartfelt storytelling, hosted by Minna Taylor.

In collaboration with Sir Adam Hotel and Tropikali Festival, this edition of TEDxAmsterdam Conversations explores queerness beyond nightlife, highlighting culture, creativity, and the growing ecosystem of queer-led initiatives as Amsterdam moves toward World Pride 2026. Featuring voices like Venus Bijleveld (Ma’MaQueen) and DJ and community builder Lola Edo, and moderated by Terence Guiamo, the event brings together artists, ideas, and audiences in an intimate setting designed for real dialogue and shared reflection.

This summer, TEDxAmsterdam is bringing big ideas and bold conversations to Tropikali Festival. In the middle of the music and movement, we’re creating a space for curiosity, connection, and fresh perspectives through inspiring speakers, a live moderated conversation, and an interactive TEDxAmsterdam booth experience.
